BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a fun, challenging but rewarding class.

Anything from burpees to battle ropes are included in this highly energetic class. Each workout will be different to constantly challenge you, but we can ensure you'll always leave with lots of calories burnt, a big smile on your face and maybe even some new workout buddies!

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Workout.

Get ready to get your heart rate up, sweat, laugh and improve your fitness level!

With a mix of bodyweight movements, free- weights and plyometric exercises you'll get a full body athletic experience each time. 

FURY

Fury is a world class "animate load harness" workout. 

It's unique design allows anchor points to move through 180 degrees of sagittal planes & 360 degrees of transverse planes.
